We want you to be completely satisfied with your authentic Irish knitwear; if your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange any unworn item within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn garments with their original tags attached into the original shipping packaging or a secure alternative to ensure they arrive safely.

  Ship to Ireland

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return at our warehouse, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
